The Huddle provides a quick snapshot of the practice's performance in three segments highlighting the day before, the current day, and the pending for the next day.
The key performance indicators listed in the huddle dashboard include:

Gross Dentist Production (Trans. Date):

- For the Past day, Shows the total amount from completed procedures (including fee updates and deletions) in the selected location by dentists based on the transaction date of code completion.

For Today and the Next Day: Shows the scheduled production of dentists for the location that is frozen at 6 AM GMT.

- Unscheduled Family Members: Number of family members of patients with an appointment for the day who have unscheduled treatments in their planner.
- Patient Collection (Trans. Date).
- OTC Collection Rate: Percentage of payments collected compared to the collectible balance of each appointment at the time of checkout.

Past Patient Due AR: Total previous patient payable remaining from patients with appts. on the day.
- Hygiene Reappointment: Percentage of patients who had a hygiene code completed and have a future hygiene appointment scheduled.

Schedule Utilization: Working hours of a location for a selected date.
- This page also offers the ability to switch to Show consecutive days (the non-working days will be skipped as set up in location settings). Users can turn this on by selecting it at the top right.
