Care Notes are pre-written templates that you complete by answering prompt questions with preset response options, similar to multiple-choice questions. Let's briefly go over how to manage pending clinical notes in CareStack.
Here is how to get going.
- Select Lists from the Dashboard > click Pending Clinical Notes to proceed.
Care notes can be broadly classified as:
- Notes to be started: Notes in which not even a single response is answered.
- Notes to complete: Notes in which the user has started answering the response but not yet completed.
- Notes to review: Notes that are not finalized by the provider.

From the above screen, open the Notes section:
- Select the intended Clinical Notes.
- Select the desired note from the slider.

- Complete the note as usual by answering the prompts with the pre-set answers and add any information as appropriate.
- Click Finalize at the bottom right.
- Click OK on the Warning modal to complete and finalize the note.
- You will see a notification on the top right stating: 'Notes updated successfully.'
