Scheduler Filters help you see only the necessary operatories for your daily workflows (such as when confirming and scheduling appointments, verifying eligibility, and so on). It exists in two levels,

Account Level
- Navigate to System Menu > Practice Settings > Scheduler > Account Filters.
- Click Add Account Filter.

A slider will open up. Enter information such as Filter Name, Filter Description, Locations, Specialties, Providers, and Production Types.

- Filter Name: Enter an easily identifiable name for this filter.
- Filter Description: Enter a description to help identify the purpose of this filter.
- Locations: Select the locations that should be shown in the Scheduler while using this filter.

Specialties: Select the preferred specialties only to show those operatories while using this filter.
- When you select a specialty, the Scheduler will only show the providers who have the same specialty assigned to them in their Provider Details and have been assigned to operatories in the selected location(s).

Providers: Select the preferred providers to see only those operatories when using this filter.
- Make sure the treatment providers have been assigned to the correct operatories by setting this up in the Production Calendar.

Production Types: Select the intended production types to see only those operatories while using this filter.
- Assign production types to certain operatories and periods by setting this up in the Production Calendar.

- Click Save.
- A toast notification will appear on the top right as 'Account Filter created successfully'.
User Level
- Navigate to System Menu > User Settings.
- Click on Scheduler Filter > Add User Filter
- A slider will open up. Enter information such as Filter Name, Filter Description, Locations, Specialties, Providers, and Production Types.
- Click Save.
- A toast notification will appear on the top right as 'Scheduler filter created successfully'.
